Agent 300 Monaural NC Headset
The Agent 300 has a noise cancelling microphone which cancels out background noise, and because it only has one earpiece, you can still communicate with colleagues while you're wearing it. It's comfortable enough for prolonged wear, with an adjustable headband to fit all head sizes, a flexible boom to suit your preference and a leatherette ear cushion, so it sits snugly over your ear.
In addition, it is recommended that voice tubes, ear cushions (both leatherette and foam) and windshields are changed every 6 months in order to minimise the risk of infections to headset users. Headsets should also be cleaned and wiped down with anti-bacterial wipes.
